NEW CONSTRUCTION
In new homes, we employ a variety of techniques dependant on what’s best for the individual building.
- Air sealing: using 2-system foam, caulk, rigid barriers, we make sure the building envelop is tight
- Wall cavities: we use spray cellulose to insulate the walls
- Sound Control: we Dense pak cellulose for sound control in interior walls such as bedrooms, bathrooms, office areas
- Attic: Install R-49 blown cellulose
We test our work with the blower door and infra red
